Brownie Bites by Chef Todd Leonard, CEC Time: 1 hr. 20 min. Yields 24 brownies Ingredients Instructions 1 pantry can THRIVE™ Fudge Brownies ½ c. hot water 3 tbsp. cream cheese, softened 1/3 lb. chocolate flavored almond bark ¾ c. THRIVE™ Blueberry Yogurt Bites, crushed Mix the brownie mix and hot water and let sit for 10 minutes. Bake in an aluminum-lined 8x8 pan for 22–25 minutes at 350⁰F. Allow brownies to completely cool. Remove from pan and crumble brownies into a bowl. Add in cream cheese and mix until it holds together. Shape brownies into 1-inch balls, insert sucker sticks into them, and freeze until firm. Melt the almond bark in a saucepan on low heat or over a double boiler.
